From the south: Take I-87 (the Major Deegan Expressway) to the 'Van Cort Park South' exit. Bear right on the off ramp and proceed west on 239th Street to Broadway. See directions "from Broadway and 239th St." below: From the north: [This will be the route from the Hilton Hotel in Tarrytown.] Get on the New York State Thruway (I-87) and head south into New York City. (I-87 becomes the Major Deegan Expressway within the NYC limits.) Take the ‘'Van Cort Park South' exit. Turn right at the traffic light at the top of the exit ramp. Proceed west to the first traffic light. See directions "from Broadway and 239th St." below. From the east and north: Take the Connecticut Turnpike south to I-287 (Cross Westchester Expressway). Take I-287 west to I-87 (New York State Thruway) south. Follow the directions for “"from the north" given above. From the west: You can choose between two bridges: either the Tappan Zee Bridge and the New York State Thruway or the George Washington Bridge. If you choose the Tappan Zee Bridge, follow directions above for “"from the north"”. If you choose the George Washington Bridge, go over the Bridge and take the Major Deegan Expressway (I-87) north. Follow directions “"from the south" given above. From Broadway and 239th Street: All directions above should put you at Broadway and 239th street. The elevated subway will be directly overhead as you approach the intersection of Broadway and 239th street (you will be on 239th street). At the intersection, stay in the right lane and go straight through the intersection (go under the elevated subway) and proceed straight. Travel two blocks straight ahead and make a slight right turn into the parking lot that should be marked “ECSC”. Park at the far end of this lot and walk to the campus -- signs will mark your way as you walk.
